           This world, without us even realizing it, is slowing being torn apart in every way. It might sound ridiculous to you, but pay close attention and take a look around you, the world is being absorbed by an unseen force that we’re not paying attention to because we’re too busy going about our lives to be even bothered by it. The most dangerous enemies are the ones you can’t see nor hear, even if you could you might not be conscious about it, and that’s exactly what we’re facing today. Julius Caesar, the man who almost conquered the world was assassinated by a man who he did not think would have killed him, who was Marcus Junius Brutus. We might be oblivious to our surroundings and perceive that these forces are non-existent.   The enemy is closer than we thought.        Marriage, the sworn oath, the intertwining of hearts, whatever you call it, there’s never a moment where the difficulties that arise when you’re dealing with your partner would ever go smoothly as you might’ve expected it to be. The ups and downs on this particular matter would be faced frequently throughout your journey after marriage, and it’s definitely different from the problems you’ve faced in any other situation such as your studies, etc. Keeping a marriage intact is not easy even if it might sound simple. “Just love your wife or husband”, some people might say, but its way more complicated than that when a whole load of emotions roll in.       Have you ever come across a time where you had to confront yourself face to face until it led to an internal conflict? I know I have. Denying who we really are and accepting what we’re not is not something unusual; in fact, who we are depends on the type of people we usually commune or mix around with.     Chimeric personalities, if I may put it, are usually present when we’re with different people, almost like a chameleon. Is this healthy you may ask? To be honest, I’m not completely sure myself. I’ve been mixing with various types of people, and sometimes, being influenced by certain acts, slangs or gestures tend to be imminent. When I’m with people whom I’m comfortable around with, I’d be a whole new person. Note that some people even change themselves entirely just to have someone accept them as a friend, which in my point of view is not a good thing.           Let bygones be bygones. The past has always been something that could hold us back or encourage us to move forward. Quite often than not, the past signifies who we were or who we are up till now. It’s not easy to let go of a heartbreaking incident, a death of a loved one for example, as well as many other occasions where we would want to forget everything that has ever happened, due to reasons that only an individual can explain.          When I had gone through a few situations that I’ve mentioned myself, its common to hear people say “move on man”, “just forget about it”, or “it doesn’t matter anymore”. Well in one sense, that is true, but our emotions speak otherwise.
